Brad is a founding partner of Marketplace One and is active in transactions and managing its real estate holdings.

Brad has over 30 years experience in businesses ranging from the automotive aftermarket to valuation consulting. He most recently was CFO of Edson Electric Supply (Edson) ^A. Brad served as the shareholders’ rep in the sale of Edson to The Home Depot.

In the early nineties he was president of Burke Hansen, Arizona’s largest real estate valuation and consulting group.

Brad earned a Bachelors (1977) degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and has been a CPA since 1978.

Brad and his wife Carol have three adult children and have been Phoenix residents for over 20 years. He is active in his local church as a teacher and deacon. He enjoys music, golf and fly-fishing.
