Michael is a member of the Investment Committee for Marketplace One Capital and works in Asset Management.

Michael is also a founding principal at Vici Capital Management and Veritas Investment Partners, private investment partnerships focusing on venture capital and hedge fund investments, where he is involved in all facets of the financial decision-making process, portfolio company board involvement, and also operates as Chairman in one of Veritas’s portfolio companies, Maintenance Made Simple, a global property improvement Franchisor.

Prior to founding Veritas, Michael worked in London for 5 years as a Vice President and Director at Credit Suisse, a leading global investment bank serving institutional, corporate, high net worth, and government clients. As a Director of CSFB, Michael developed and managed a number of institutional client relationships for CSFB HOLT across the UK, Italy, Ireland, and the Middle East. In addition, he advised top-tier buy-side institutions and hedge funds on valuation strategy, market commentary, and long/short ideas, and helped to build business for CSFB HOLT in Italy and Ireland from the ground up.

Michael has also devoted considerable time to supporting various charities in executive and Board capacities.  Michael obtained his B.A. in Business Economics from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. Michael and his wife Katie have two children.
